| Can Donovan McNab Lead The Eagles to Another Super Bowl? | | It seems as though Donovan McNabb has proved many syndicated sports writers wrong once again. Donovan McNabb 2008 season was capped off by completing 345 passes and throwing for 3916 yards, in addition to having 23 touchdowns, so what more does he have to do to prove himself worthy of Philadelphia's football community? After defeating the New York Giants, can Donovan get to the next level to silence his critics? | |
| | Was the Giants win last year a fluke? | | I am a Giants fan and was thrilled with their win last year. However, I am also realistic and know my team. Is this something I should expect this year, meaning another win? Whose in this with me?? | |

| | Getting Ready For Super Bowl XLII (42) on a rainy day... | | We're here in San Diego, California - It would have been great if our San Diego Chargers were able to make it to the Super Bowl this year but they ended up choking and being whooped by the undefeated top team the New England Patriots which holds the NFL record of being 18-0. The previous last match again the Green Bay Packers and the New York Giants was a brawl and both teams were close for a win. It ends up the Giants got lucky during an OT pulling off the last score for a field goal kick - they won sloppy for one. Now we have the Patriots V.S The Giants this coming football game. Honestly I do believe the Patriots will win this one. The way they displayed their games having a no defeat record they really really have tough and good players on the team and a real good coach. Chances of the Giants winning is an odd one, but they better be ready out there against this tough team. If the Giants are able to beat this team they will go down in history like King David taking down a Big Goliath. They better eat their Wheaties and drink up those Gatorades for the big game.
My sister, brother in law and my nephew, niece will be down here to watch the game. Plenty of chips, sodas and pizza... | |

| Strahan pulls a Tiki? | | What in the world is Michael thinking? Wasn't the Tiki retirement debacle last year bad enough? Couldn't he think of a better way to handle this than to simply not show up for training camp? Why can't this team stomp on the media crybabies from within?I'm starting to think the same thing of the Giants that I think of Congress: throw the bums out, every last one of 'em! We need people who will do the jobs that need doing without posing, pandering, or postulating to the press! | |
| | So, what happens this year? | | Any guesses, predictions, prognostications? Do the new guys gel and become an effective team who executes? Or are we suddenly, inexplicably, plunged into the dreaded "rebuilding year"?Pre-season's coming fast, what are your thoughts? | |

| Super Bowl '08 Patriots Vs. Giants. | | I know the New England Patriots are a team of destiny. They are undefeated and are demolishing opponents on their way to a Super Bowl championship. But will they demolish the New York Giants? I expected the Pats to demolish the San Diego Chargers last week. They won by two score, but, it wasn't a blowout. Considering the Chargers had their star running back in the sidelines and their quarterback playing with both knees injured, the Pats barely won that game and didn't even cover the line in Vegas (which was -14). The Chargers were threatening and could have won the game at any given time during the AFC championship. I am of the opinion that the Giants will do the same to the Patriots. It will not be one of those boring Super Bowls where the outcome is determined by halftime. Nope, gentelemen, this will be a knock down, knock out brawl to the finish. No blowouts here. The Giants will give these overconfident New Englanders a run for their money. I won't be surprised if there's even an upset (highly unlikely, but, if I were a betting man, I'd bet the Giants will cover the spread). What's your opinion, no, not who wins! We know it's probably going to be the Pats. My... | |
| | Tom Brady injured in New York | | I heard a report Tom Brady was spotted in New York wearing some sort of air cast on his foot.I was somewhat surprised to hear that as don't you think its a little dangerous for him? What's to stop a fanatical Giant fan from pulling a "Tonya Harding" on him? Especially with him wearing a foot cast, Brady can't even run in that. One fanatical fan could win the Superbowl for the Giants just like that.Giants fans are you on the lookout for limping Tom Brady galavanting around your town? | |

| Giants do they have a chance at wining? | | So the Giants came into this as a wild card team and now look where they are almost at the top. Last night was an upset game every body thought for sure Greenbay was going to blow them away but the Giants pushed on. Now i am a Giants fan but i can say i dont think they would have one if Bret Farve did not throw that inception in OT. This was by far the best game i have ever watched on TV. GO GIANTS GO ALL THE WAY BABY. Now what do u think are there chances of winning the whole the do u think they can do it. ANd what did u think about last nights game? | |
| | Great win against the Bucs | | I know a lot of football analysts were picking Tampa Bay to win, so it was good to see the Giants win. It was very, very pleasing because the bar I was at was filled with tons of Eagles fans. The Giants have played great on the road this year. Next up is Dallas. If New York could pull this one out, it would be amazing. I swear if they make the Super Bowl, I'm going. It's been too long. | |
