| What do you think about the Denver Broncos starting off 2-0? | | Okay so i'm a serious broncos fan here and was wondering if anybody out there caught the last broncos game against the San Diego Chargers. Seriously that is one of the best defense games i have ever seen in my entire life. I was most enthralled about how Jay Cutler won the game with a 2 point conversion at 24 seconds to go. Seriously, holy cow the kid had it in him but what made Mike Shannahan seriously make that call, that's just not his style at all. I give big kudos to Jay for pullin it thru but if you've watched shannahan in the past years as a coach he's more of a conservative die hard play maker than just a go for it with seconds to go kinda guy. I thought for sure he woulda tied up the game then use the whole next quarter of OT to make some serious strategic plays and really win the game. I dunno but it was crazy and i loved every moment of it, tell me what ya think. Go Broncos. | |

| Anyone watching the NFL playoffs? | | When I say football, I'm speaking of American football. And I was wondering how many of you are watching the NFL playoffs this weekend? The first game today starts at 3:30pm Central, and I'll defnitely be watching. The other day my dad challenged me to pick the winners and to see if I got more right than he did. After last weekend, I am one ahead of him in picking the winners. He's telling me today he's going to catch up and beat me.[em]lol[/em] I came over to my parent's house this afternoon so we could watch the first game together (I'll be at my own place for the 2nd game). Anyone else watching the playoffs? I'm hoping the Cardinals and the Colts win today. | |

| Mike Shanahan Fired | | I am shocked as I'm sitting here reading that Mike Shanahan has been fired as head coach of the Denver Broncos. This is an era where coaches average two seasons and this guy has been at the helm for 14 seasons! Yes they blew a three game lead with three weeks to go, and maybe he deserves the axe for that but for as long as I can remember when I see the Broncos I see Shanahan. What are your thoughts? | |
